 Darrell is the President of Conrade Insurance Group, Inc as well as a Commercial Lines Producer in the Newton office. Darrell has been in the insurance business since 1977.

Ryan Powell

 Ryan graduated in 2003 from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Following graduation he joined Federated Insurance. Within a year, Ryan opened an agency in central Kansas and focused primarily on group benefits and annuities. In 2006 Ryan joined the Conrade team. Since then his focus has been on securing association endorsements and consulting on both commercial insurance and group benefits. |

 Micah graduated from Pittsburgh State University in 1998 with degrees in Economics and Marketing. Micah was the Large Group Sales Manager for Preferred Health Systems before joining Conrade Insurance Group in 2011. He has been in the employee benefit business since 1999.
