She handles much of the paperwork related to insurance policies such as processing new policies, changes and renewals of existing policies, and answering questions regarding policy coverage. Michelle has been in the insurance business since 1994 and has earned her CISR designation.

She also handles the marketing and promotional needs of the agency. Martha has been in the insurance business since 2004.
